Story

Code Geass is set in a mecha-based world, where the military technology is advanced. The story is all about a student whose father is the Emperor of Britannia, one of the 3 strongest warring nations in the world, the other 2 being the Chinese Federation and the Euro Universe(EU), exiled Lelouch and Nunally to Japan. During their stay in Japan with the the now deceased Prime Minister, they came across his son Suzaku, and became friends some time after. Later on, Britannia attacked and took rule over Japan, forcing Lelouch and Nunally to leave Japan and take refuge with a family who was allied with their mother. several years later(2017 a.t.b, the present), Lelouch gets himself involved with the current "peace keeping" of Britannia and comes across a supposed nuclear bomb, which turned out to be a girl who was trapped inside a capsule, and an old friend, Suzaku, who is now part of the Britannian Military. They get separated after a fallout with some others that are part of the military also, and Lelouch needed to escape. After running for awhile, the two of them(Lelouch and the girl) get discovered and the girl gets shot. BOOOM! HEADSHOT! They were about to shoot Lelouch when somehow, Lelouch heard a voice in his head.

And so he humbly accepts her offer of power and his life now unfolds...To find out the truth of the past, to change the present, and to prolong the future.
